CloudWLC SMS phone verification

CloudWLC is operated by Optaro ApS. Our SMS verification program sends a one-time code when you request phone verification in the CloudWLC portal. Entering the code associates the phone number with your registered account. It does not establish ownership of a network or authority to migrate it.

Messages are sent in response to your requests. Message frequency varies with the number of codes you request. No promotional messages are sent through this program. Message and data rates may apply.

You choose whether to request an SMS. A phone number verified by SMS is required to access the CloudWLC system. Verification cannot be skipped. If you cannot receive a code or have opted out, contact support for help receiving a code; support does not bypass verification. Opting out does not delete your CloudWLC account.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Never share a verification code with another person.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of the CloudWLC marketing website at cloudwlc.com, operated by Optaro ApS (CVR 46422678), Tysklandsvej 7, 7100 Vejle, Denmark. Your use of the CloudWLC service itself — accounts, controllers, subscriptions and migration — is governed by the service agreement you accept when you create an account in the portal.

Information on this site

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Product illustrations use invented organisations and example figures to show how the portal works; they are not customer data. Compatibility of particular device models, firmware versions and features is confirmed in the portal during migration.

Independence and trademarks

CloudWLC is an independent service from Optaro. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Cambium Networks, HPE Aruba Networking, RUCKUS Networks, Ubiquiti or any other equipment vendor. Cambium Networks, cnMaestro, Aruba, RUCKUS, UniFi and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site.
• Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or automated messages.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, this website is provided for information, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it rather than on your service agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
